1. Overview

At Vluzarinioglixin, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of VitalTone Essentials. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can return products and request a refund. This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Dutch consumer protection legislation.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the product. This is your statutory right and does not require you to give any reason.

2.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear, unambiguous statement. You may do so by:

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address. Date and signature (if sent by letter).”

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

2.2 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after you provide proof that you have sent back the goods (whichever is earlier).

We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction for the reimbursement. No fees will be charged for such reimbursement.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

4. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

If the seal of the VitalTone Essentials bottle has been broken or the product has been opened, we cannot accept the return for hygiene and safety reasons. This exception is in full compliance with EU consumer protection law.

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless the product was defective or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our approval.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match your order:

  • Contact us immediately at correspondence@vluzarinioglixin.world with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you are also entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 7:17–7:22 of the Dutch Civil Code), which provides protection against defective goods for up to two years from the date of delivery.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank statement or contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at correspondence@vluzarinioglixin.world and we will investigate.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

10. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with how your return was handled, you may file a complaint by contacting us at the email or address above. We will respond within 14 days. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not affect returns already initiated before the update.
